I am a 36 year old mum of two smallies both of whom had additional needs and many hospital visits after they were born. I gave birth twice throughout COVID; as did many of my close friends. This highlighted the isolation and lack of support for mothers in particular during their postpartum experience.

I am a certified Postpartum Doula since 2025; with 10 years experience working in the area of intellectual disabilities which encompasses supporting both children and adults with many physical, medical and emotional needs.

I aspire to be a friendly face alongside a true and impacting support to families throughout their postpartum experience. The joy of being a Postpartum Doula is that each service can be catered to meet individual family’s needs. It is not a one size fits all. I look forward to meeting many families and growing with each interaction.
